Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement regulates the principles of product purchase and delivery between the Buyer (customer) and Pektastrade through electronic communication tools. By placing an order, the customer is deemed to have accepted the conditions set forth in this Agreement.

All product information, pricing, payment methods, delivery details, and return procedures are clearly presented during the purchasing process. Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and shipping service conditions.

The customer agrees to provide accurate address and contact information. Any delays caused by incorrect information are the responsibility of the buyer. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared, allowing customers to monitor delivery status.

If the customer wishes to cancel an order before shipment, a cancellation request must be submitted immediately. If the product has already been shipped, the return process must be followed instead.

The buyer has the right to return the product within the legal return period, provided it is unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging. Refunds are processed through the original payment method after the product inspection is completed.

This Agreement enters into force upon order confirmation.
