We aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions defined below.
Returns are accepted within the legally permitted return period, starting from the day the order is delivered to the customer. To initiate a return, you must contact our support team and provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included. Items that show wear, are washed, broken, personalized, or unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return. Hygiene-sensitive products may have exceptions depending on legal requirements.
After approval, customers may ship the product to the designated return address. Once the product is inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions, refunds are issued using the original payment method. Shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated in promotional terms.
In case of defective, wrong, or damaged products caused by us or the courier, replacement or full refund will be provided at no additional cost.
