At Pektastrade, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Products may be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all accessories, tags, and labels included.

• Used, damaged, altered, washed, or missing-component products are not eligible for return unless proven to be defective upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene regulations:

• Personal care products

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Opened hygiene-sealed goods

• Food and consumables (if sold in future categories)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return request:

1. Contact us at support@pektastrade.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.

2. Our support team will review the request and provide a return authorization code and shipping instructions.

3. Products must be shipped to the address provided within 7 business days after approval.

4. After inspection, your refund will be processed via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs belong to the customer unless the product is defective, wrong item shipped, or damaged.

4. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the requested item is out of stock, customers may receive a store credit or refund instead.

• Price differences may apply in case of switching to higher-priced products.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

• Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

• We will offer a free replacement, store credit, or full refund.

6. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the same payment method originally used during checkout. Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment provider policies.
